MACHSOFT'S OWN MES SOLUTION
MachFlow is a modular Manufacturing Execution System (MES) developed by MachSoft. It brings together production tracking, work orders, machine and operation monitoring, quality records and reporting.
Modules and workflows can be selected according to a facility's production requirements. A deployment can be scoped around a single production line and expanded as needs evolve.

An existing MES does not always need to be replaced. Alongside MachFlow, MachSoft can support development and integration around the systems already used at a facility.

We can support shop-floor data flows, improvements to existing applications and related integration work around SAP ME/MII. The applicable scope is defined after reviewing the system version, available interfaces and technical requirements.
