SMART OFFICE AUTOMATION

SenseOffice Smart Office & HVAC Monitoring

SenseOffice is a MachSoft solution that supports monitoring selected environmental sensor data and managing selected functions of compatible HVAC equipment. Scope is defined around the building’s needs, the chosen sensors and the control interfaces available on existing equipment.

Make room conditions visible and manageable

Depending on the installation, measurements such as temperature, humidity, air quality or occupancy/motion can be viewed through the interface. Selected control functions for air-conditioning, fan-coil or ventilation equipment may also be considered when compatible control interfaces are available; replacement-free integration is not assumed for every device.

What can SenseOffice support?

Environmental data

Monitor measurements from selected temperature, humidity, air-quality or motion sensors, as defined by the installation scope.

HVAC integration

Selected functions can be integrated with existing air-conditioning, fan-coil or ventilation systems when compatible interfaces are available.

Web-based monitoring

View room conditions, device status and supported controls through a browser-based interface.

Schedules and reporting

Review operating schedules and measurement trends; assess energy impact against actual consumption data.

Every building has a different starting point

Sensor placement, installed HVAC equipment, control interfaces and network access define the solution scope. External weather data or additional control functions can be considered separately when there is a clear need and a usable data source.

Existing equipment

Device type, control interface and accessible signals determine integration options.

Sensor coverage

The areas and conditions to monitor guide sensor selection and placement.

Data and access

Network connection, user roles and remote-access needs are defined for the specific installation.

Energy savings depend on baseline consumption, building use and the control strategy. No fixed savings rate is assumed.
